I had a great experience at Lexus Aberdeen because they have been available to chat to.
I had a very bad experience with Lexus Aberdeen. I was cheated and also rude. And this is considered a premium line from Toyota. When buying a car, I asked if they changed the oil at least because there was no service book "and still doesn't have it" they said that they changed the car serviced, now they say that it wasn't quite, there was a choice of black and red cars, they said the black one was scratched, the red one was good but the red one I bought was also scratched. I bought a service offer, you have a one-year warranty from the purchase and plus you will have two years if you buy service, now they sent a service schedule, they stole one year, they wrote the next service in October now April where are my twelve months? Before leaving I wanted to go to the toilet, it was busy, I started to wait and at that time the manager from the spot to the whole hall started shouting what are you looking for there !!!! Even if he misunderstood something, in a premium salon you can approach a person and ask instead of shouting at the whole room. The managers changed as if on purpose, one would accept the order, the other would let it go, now they refer to each other, but there is no extreme.
I'd definitely recommend Lexus Aberdeen to friends and family because their customer service is top notch and my wife who is also a customer is very happy with the car she bought.
